What do you do here?

Account Director, As an affiliate partner of T-Mobile we have been tasked to increase customer acquisition volume through digital channels. We currently run digital advertisements on platforms like Facebook, IG, Google and Bing. Those customers are pushed to our call center based in Clearwater, Florida for order processing and account creations. Currently, we are ranked as T-Mobile’s #1 affiliate partner based on  sales volume and customer experience.

What were you doing before joining GraySquare?

Before GraySquare I worked with several tech startup companies in B2B sales capacity including companies such Zapper and Lyft. I also spent a short time as a Regional Sales Manager for AcceptanceNow, a subsidiary of Rent-A-Center.

What brought you to GraySquare?

Our president, Tim Koontz, came to me with the opportunity to help him start something special. I love the notion of being held accountable to my own results and my compensation being set by those results. This has allowed me to put myself and my family in a unique financial situation with literally endless growth possibilities.

What do you like about your job?

As a senior management member I enjoy the pressure of having the rise and fall of a campaign being placed solely on my shoulders. With great rewards comes great responsibility. I understand the notion unequivocally.

Goal(s) for 2023.

My immediate goal is to get our T-Mobile campaign from 5K net customer acquisitions to 10K per month. This will allow our company to increase our revenue and create more job opportunities. We also have just executed a contract with AT&T to assist them with growing their fiber internet customer base. If we can get that campaign to 2K net customer acquisitions per month by the end of this year I’ll be VERY excited!

Fun fact about yourself

I’m a passionate Philadelphia Eagles football fan.
