What do you do here?
I am the VP of GraySquare. Most of my time is spent focusing on coaching our project managers, developing new partnerships, and driving the vision of the company.
What were you doing before joining GraySquare?
I have been in the industry for 15 years, so before GraySquare I spent my time working for a variety of our now competitors. Outside of our industry, I have experience working in tech start-ups, consulting, and major CPG companies.
What brought you to GraySquare?
The idea of independence and control over the future. Being an entrepreneur, in part, means betting on yourself and the people you attract. We have an awesome team. Great people, complimented by an awesome group of people, give us control over our future. That’s the only world I want to live in.
What do you like about your job?
I love the crowd we’ve built. We have a diverse group of personalities that are wildly passionate about what they do. I love that I’ve been able to be a part of providing great jobs in our respective communities here in the US, and abroad. I could go on and on for days…
Goal(s) for 2022.
My first goal this year is to expand our team in Texas. We have a small group of very talented people in that market. We could be much bigger and better here. My second goal this year is to diversify our portfolio of projects in Colombia. One of our most productive teams is our office in Cali, Colombia. Everything they touch turns to gold, which is a compliment directly to the entire team there. I’d love to crack the code to further growth in Colombia.
Fun fact about yourself
My go-to fun fact is that I can juggle. I can’t juggle anything on fire, or that impressive, but I can juggle 3 tennis balls all day.
