Hello, my name is Lorena Alfonso and I work as an appointment setter for the solar energy campaign.

Before I started at GraySquare I worked in different companies in customer service and sales. I enjoy working at GraySquare because in this company I can learn and grow. I think I can have great opportunities to advance in professional life.

A friend who worked in the company told me about GraySquare and I thought it was very interesting to try in this new field of solar energy.

What I like the most is working with a company that is helping the environment with solar energy, I like to learn more about solar to provide the best information to the customers. I also like to share with my coworkers in the office and have fun with them everyday.

My goals for 2023 in the company are to improve my english to have more sales, learn more about solar energy, and advance in my professional life.

A fun fact, I speak to my dog in different funny voices and pretend he answers back in human voice.
