What do you do here?
I’m one of the original founders of GraySquare and am a current manager on the solar campaign.
I handle sales volume, interviewing /training of new and older employees, and manage client goals.
What were you doing before joining GraySquare?
Before GraySquare I was handling the sales for a local solar company and managing an Abercrombie store.
What brought you to GraySquare?
What brought me to GraySquare was the drive and passion of my fellow founders. I think what makes us unique is we think outside the box in order to put our clients needs first and make sure to fulfill their goals and targets.
What do you like about your job?
What I like about the job is that working here is a direct result of your work ethic and that’s how every business should be. Also the ability to grow within the company while helping others grow and develop is very satisfying.
Goal(s) for 2022.
My goals for 2022-2023 is to double our sales volume from previous year while also developing and grooming the next group of leaders to help us expand our business footprint.
Fun fact about yourself
A fun fact about me is that I was the privilege of caddying for Ricky Fowler and Billy Horschel is a good event years ago which was a cool experience.
Your favorite quote that inspires you.
My favorite quote that inspires me is “to never give up”. That was the last thing my younger brother Jimmy told me before he passed away from cancer and thats something that sticks with me especially in moments where life can be tough.
Now I am happily married to my wife Emma and we have a beautiful baby girl Haven. I hope to continue striving for the best to grow the company to provide a bright future for my family and the people of GraySquare.
