What do you do here? 

Hey, I’m Brian Siket and I’m a solar consultant for GraySquare Solar.

What were you doing before joining GraySquare?

Before joining GraySquare Solar, I worked in the golf industry for about 12 years. Bouncing around from caddying, to managing outdoor staff, and playing a ton of it, golf was everything!

What brought you to GraySquare?

Ok, when I came across GraySquare Solar, I saw what they were doing, and immediately knew this is where I want to grow my business and ultimately my career, it’s a lot of opportunities here, I think this is the best place to learn everyday about Solar Panels, save money and helps the environment.

What do you like about your job?

The thing I like best about my job is the people I get to work with and meet each and every day. The culture of GraySquare, in one word, is motivating. When I see all the success around me, it drives me to become more successful.

Goal(s) for 2022?

When I started in March, my goal for 2022 was to beat my salary at my last job. I did that in five months. Now that we are only in August, the new goal is to double it!

Fun fact about yourself

One fun fact about me is that I played baseball for most of my life. I had the pleasure to play a few years of college baseball for Arcadia University. After many years of playing, and far too many injuries, I had to give up playing. Baseball will always be a very important part of my life!

Your favorite quote that inspires you.

My favorite quote comes from one of the greatest baseball players of all time, Derek Jeter. He once said, “There are many people who have more talent that you, but there’s no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.” Not only does this apply to what I do with GraySquare, but will forever apply to life.
